Has my order shipped?

To check the status of your order, simply log into your account on our website. Once you're in, navigate to the "My Account" section where you'll find a list of all your past orders. Click on the specific order number you're interested in, and you'll be able to see if it has shipped or not.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?

Making changes to your order is easy! Just log into "My Account" and locate the order you need to modify. Click the "Edit/Cancel Orders" link, and you'll be able to adjust quantities or remove items entirely. However, keep in mind that once an order starts processing or has already shipped, it can no longer be edited.

How do I track my order?

Tracking your order is a breeze! Simply log into your account and go to the "My Account" section. There, you'll find all the details on your order, including tracking information so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep.

My order never arrived.

If your order seems to have gone missing, the first step is to check its status in your account. Make sure all the items have been marked as shipped. If tracking numbers were provided, you can also check with the shipping carrier to confirm delivery. If everything shows as delivered but you haven't received your package, don't worry! Our customer service team is here to help. Just reach out to them, and they'll get to the bottom of it.

An item is missing from my shipment.

It's frustrating when something is missing from your order, but we've got your back. Head over to your account and check the order status to ensure all items were shipped. If tracking is available, you can also verify with the carrier that your full shipment was delivered. If the details show everything was delivered but you're still missing an item, our customer service heroes are ready to save the day! Give them a shout, and they'll make it right.

When will my backorder arrive?

Backorders can be a bit of a mystery since our suppliers can't always predict when they'll have more stock. But don't worry, as soon as the item becomes available, we'll ship it out to you right away!

Can I place my order by phone?

We understand that you may prefer to place your order by phone, but we've implemented a more efficient system to handle all order requests. Instead of phone orders, we now utilize our comprehensive help desk platform for all order submissions. This change allows us to provide a more organized and trackable ordering process, benefiting both our customers and our team. To place your order, please navigate to our help desk portal and select the "New Order Request" option. Our skilled staff will review your submission promptly and process your order with the utmost care and attention to detail.

Problem placing an order on our website?

We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter problems while trying to place an order. To ensure we can address your issue effectively and prevent similar occurrences, we kindly ask that you submit a help desk request rather than seeking phone assistance. This method allows our technical team to gather all necessary information and work on a lasting solution. To report your order placement difficulty, please visit our help desk page. Provide a detailed description of the problem, including any error messages or unusual behavior you observed. Our team will carefully review your submission and work diligently to resolve the issue, enabling you to complete your order with ease.

Did not receive your order confirmation or shipping notification?

If you haven't received an email confirmation or shipping notification from us, there could be a couple of reasons. First, double-check that you entered your email address correctly when placing your order. If there was a typo, our automated system wouldn't be able to send you those important updates. Not to worry, though! Simply fill out our online form with your name and order number, and we'll make sure you get all the details you need.

If you did receive an order confirmation but no shipping notification after 24 hours, don't stress. We ship all orders received before 1 PM EST the same day (Monday-Friday), and anything after that cut-off time goes out the next business day. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with the tracking information.

Are you unable to track your shipment?

If you have a tracking number but can't seem to get any information when you try to track your shipment, it's likely because the carrier hasn't had a chance to scan your package into their system yet. Your order has shipped from our end, and we've sent you the notification, but it can take a couple of hours for the package to get scanned in once it leaves our warehouse. Give it a little time, and then try entering that tracking number again.

Please note that USPS doesn't provide traditional tracking numbers for their shipments. Instead, they'll give you a shipping confirmation number. While you won't be able to actively track the package's movements, the confirmation number serves as proof that your order is on its way.
